Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    VIC FS: GTC GT-CX Wheels with Pirelli P Zero Rosso Tyres

    Up for a sale is a set of 4 GT-CX wheels with Pirelli P Zero Rosso tyres and 1 GT-CX (brand new) rim only. The wheels are still on the car, it is expected to come off in 2-3 weeks time. Details are as follow:

    Wheel: GTC (Genntech) GT-CX
    Specs: 18x8.5, offset +45
    Colour: Hyper Silver
    Condition: No gutter rash, some very minor stone chips, hardly visible

    Tyres: Pirelli P Zero Rosso
    Specs: 18/40/225
    Condition: approximately 80% tread left / 10,000kms

    Price: $1,400 ONO for 5 rims and 4 tyres

    I would prefer to sell the entire package. However, if there is someone with a gutter rashed GT-CX / VMR 710 wheel that would like a replacement / spare, I would consider selling the one wheel separately.

    If you can find someone to share and purchase the wheels and tyres separately, I would also consider that option.

    Hey mate, if somebody else wants the wheels then I'm keen on the tyres. Located in SA.

    If you have a shot of the tread so I can see the condition that will confirm my interest.

      With the 5th wheel will it fit I'm the spares place?

          Would prefer to sell wheels and tyres for now. I don't have a shot of the tread currently. Can take some photos later, when the wheels are off.

          As getjet mentioned, if you have a space saver, an 18x8.5 wheel would not fit in the spares area. If it fits, it would be raised up.

              Wheels are now off and ready for collection Pics of tyres to show depth of thread. Comes with original VW centre caps too Open to offers
