NSW R36 OEM rims with tyres for sale

Cleaning out the storage space, so time to part with the last of my old R36 parts.

Specs are:

18x8
ET44
5x112

wrapped in OEM Conti 3s, 235/40 R18 95W, with around 5,000 km run and over 2/3rds of the tread remaining.

Asking price: $1,200 for the lot, pickup Sydney area prefered, shipping to be organised and is at the expense of the buyer should it be requried.

Wheels are all in good nick, dirty though, with no visable scratches when I last checked.

I running MKV OEM 18x7.5 5x112 ET51 Pirelli wheels
will 18x8 ET44 fit?

According to http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp the wheel would provide 1mm more inner clearance but poke 13mm more than standard so at OEM height it shouldn't rub but I'm no expert.
