Is this an aftermarket pipe? Different diameter to standard or is it just the flex part that's different? Sorry if this should be obvious. The one I have looks identical but doesn't have the flexible section.

It's a genuine downpipe. Could be an aftermarket one doesn't have the flex? Been a long time since I last saw one up close.
