  • NSW Fs: Brand new in box eibach prokit springs for skoda octavia rs wagon

**price drop now only $200 local pick up or $235 approx delivered Oz wide****

    Hi guys,
Ive decided not to go ahead with modding plans for my RS.

So I have the above lowering springs for sale. I ordered them from DPC Performance in the UK about a month ago. They are brand new in a box and were never installed on my car.

They will give a 20mm drop all round and these are the factory spec ones if you live in Europe and order a Skoda these ones are the springs you get if you want it lower.

They cost me 330 AUD to get them here. These are up to 600 AUD if bought in OZ.

    Location is Sydney.

Price- Looking at $250 for local pick up or i can meet you to deliver.

Price-looking at approx 285 delivered Australia wide but will need to confirm depending on region of Oz.

    Cheers Guys,

whats the difference between the wagon and hatch springs? is it only spring rate due to weight differences?

Mate to be totally honest I'm not sure sorry, I Do know there is a model for the hatch but yes id imagine a small difference in spring rates. I know with coilovers for example there is one model for golf r that fits mk6 gti, golf r etc.

But yeah would be slightly different how different I don't know.

      Cheers mate

Yeh mate, these are for the wagon probably due to different spring rates but I know in VW land a lot of coilovers are generic across different models with different weights so yeh go figure. Long story but I'm not going down the mod path and using the cash for some other stuff. bit bummed but what can you do.

            Cheers mate

any idea if they are physically different?

spring rates arent a big deal, there is probably 50-100kg of weight difference between the wagon and the hatch. i dont mind a little bit heavier weighted spring in the rear

Sorry mate having never seen the hatch ones I wouldn't know. A bit of research on some uk forums might shed some light but I'm working today and can't do it for you sorry

Re the spring rates as ive said earlier I know its not a big deal for others ie putting on mk6 gti coilovers in golf r is pretty common and the weight differences don't seem to be a big concern for them.

                Cheers

I've just done a massive 5 minutes of research on the interwebz.
I'll take a punt that they'll fit my 1.8TSI hatch.

I'll take them for $200. pick up.

PM me & we'll organise something.

                        thx
