Only good for a Vr6. Different mounts to a 4 cyclinder sub frame.

This was meant for my vr6 yes. It's not hollow, the hole you can see is for the little things that are in the bags on the pics. Diameter is 23mm

Toledo has Plus suspension/5 stud, so is different. Not sure if it is the same as VR6 though.
