Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    NSW Forge K03/K04 Wastegate Actuator

    Hi People,

    I have a number of Forge Wastegate Actuators with spring of your choice:

    FMACVAG06 (Suits Golf R, Audi S3, TTS)

    FMACVAG01 to suit K04 1.8T (Audi S3)

    Can also get K03 Versions...

    Mk4 1.8T Golf Gti/Polo Gti Part No: FMACVAG03G

    MK5 2.0 TFSi Part No: FMACVAG05

    Spring Kit Part No: FMPACTUN (comes with all 4 springs)
    RED 17 psi (spool up) - 20 psi (running pressure)
    BLUE 14 psi (spool up) - 18 psi (running pressure)
    YELLOW 9 psi (spool up) - 15 psi (running pressure)
    GREEN 5 psi (spool up) - 10 psi (running pressure)

    ***Part no's are as per the forge website, make sure you confirm for yourself***

    will they fit ko3 also?

              Price on the FMACVAG06

              Hi, Can you PM me a price on the Actuator and spring kit?

              Watching a couple on eBay. Sammy was asking too much for his. Installation sounds like a PITA.

                  im selling my forge K03 actuator (mk4)

                  comes with

                  YELLOW 9 psi (spool up) - 15 psi (running pressure)
                  GREEN 5 psi (spool up) - 10 psi (running pressure)

                  Has not being installed/used at all. Was going to install it, as i thought my actuator was stuffed, but ended up being something else and i dont need the actuator with my setup.

                  in melbourne, ready to be shipped for 180$. pm me.
