To get the bluetooth working you will need to buy the bluetooth kit. I think there are a few different ones available.

My car already had the premium bluetooth when i bought it so Im not sure which one exactly. Im sure there are plenty of answers on the web, maybe even this forum. Hope this helps.

It comes with the latest V4 maps, but Vw quoted me around $130 i think to upgrade the maps (for future reference).
