Fully renovated, never used after they've been fixed up. Have a few paint chipps from when the tyres were put on and off.

Yes paint is that shiny!

Nope i don't have any center caps, didn't get them when i bought them :/ Ebay has plenty of center caps for like $20.

Reason for selling is because i changed my mind after getting them and bought a set of BBS wheels instead.

No mate, I'm using them with my new wheels.
Check OEM / Performance Parts for Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Mini, Porsche & Volkswagen - ECS Tuning i think they have some but i'm not sure.
