Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    QLD Fanken Turbo Gear

    I have in my possession a Longitudinal Franken Turbo kit for 1.8t (A4/passat)
    Long story short it was sent to me by mistake so instead of sending it back ,Doug @ Franken turbo asked me if I knew anyone that wanted it as postage is already sorted and no import duties.
    I have it in my possession but all inquiries shoot Doug an email or check out the website FrankenTurbo Home

    Why, were they supposed to send you the Transverse, something your not telling us, going to be a Hybrid K04 MK4 around???

      Yeah I was already running a K04 which recently passed away and while looking for a replacement I can across the Franken turbo site......
      Cost more for the replacment KKK than the whole franken kit ( turbo,manifold and tip) so couldnt pass it up.

        try over in ozaudi bro heaps of a4 crew over there.will be interested when you get the right kit sorted to hear your thoughts.
