  • NSW Bilstein PSS/H&R Sport and H&R Sport Springs

Bilstein PSS from my MkIV R32 Golf

They are guaranteed perfectly operational. Will upload videos of shock dampers returning to rest.
The corrosion is from the salt laced roads from the USA, where I bought these second hand.

They were dynoed and had their seals replaced then, I think that was mid 2010. I lost the dyno sheet from Heasmans Steering and suspension, but I couldn't understand it anyway.
I have since put 14,000 kms on them, and IIRC the last owner put 20-30,000 on them.

What you see is just cosmetic scarring. But they are firm and perform really well. Plenty of body control.
You will also notice that the rear shock dust covers are torn a little. That was from me test fitting my Porsche wheels on them, and once again that is cosmetic.
Another thing to note, is that the last owner didn't give me the adjustable perches and springs (bastard). So you pretty much have to go with the height of the H&R Sport Springs (which is perfect anyway). Pictures of my car and the height are below too.

Asking Price: $500 ONO - SOLD

Also for sale is a set of H&R Sport Springs for the MkIV R32 Golf (not sure about non R's)
These are also in perfect structural and operational condition. Some paint is flaking off in some areas, but that's about it. I think the rear springs should have the coil dampeners on them, but I was never given them, and they are just flexible tubing.

    Asking Price: $200

No. No. Don't have the heart for that although I was contemplating something turbocharged.
Fitted HPA SHS's so don't need these.

Cool, I don't suppose you'd take $450? If so I can collect on Weds.

                ps. I assume they'd fit an 8L S3 ?

Make it $475, and they're yours!

                  Yes they should/will!

I had Konis before which I sold to another 8L owner. Cool car too! TURBO!!!!
