  • QLD BBS LM's

    Hi dubbers,

I imported these from Japan not too long ago with the intention of using them as my street rims; The specs are a bit shy ( 17x7.5 +48 ) but it's very hard/impossible finding wide 17" 5x100 LM's so with that in mind I purchased these with the purpose of sourcing a set of wider, better offseted set of 5x114.3 LM's and swap the centers.... Whilst hunting for this other LM set I came across a different set of wheels which I have fallen in love with and now have no use for my loved LM's.. It's a bugger because like my other Bugatti's, it's a set of rims that I regard as one of the nicest rims ever made

    anyway, here's the pics......

And the unfortunate one with a dash of rash..

Now as for price, $1600. Shipping incl.

    Cheers! . . . Alex

        pics work for me.

Good luck with the sale. I know (personally) how hard it is to find good 5x100 LM's in Japan, let alone australia! They look in pretty damn good nick too!

Mine are 17x7 et35, 5x100. Little bit harder to find than the WRX fitment imo. Yours are in better nick than mine,.

(i'm still keeping an eye out for a local set of 8" barrel/lips too )

Yeh, can do, there's been debate over how much it'll shave off the offset.... i should do it and measure myself....

It will reduce offset by the thickness of the outer rim of the centre (where the bolts are) plus the inner flange on the rim.
i.e. if they were 5mm each, new offset would be +38mm

Alternatively, they could be split, and a 0.5" wider lip could be added, which should bring the fitment to 17 X 8 +42mm.

Wish they were 18", i'd be all over them

LM's are all two piece, not three.....

By swapping the centre you will decrease the offset by 5mm ending up with an offset of +30.

I did it with some LM's I had, it still wasn't enough in my case.

Good luck with the sale fantastic style of BBS.
