Ladies and Gents, I have up for sale in the near future some MK1 bumpers.
Available immediately is a rear that has been rejuvinated and ready to bolt up. It is in good condition for the age, there are some light marks on it but it is straight and has no buckles. The mounting metal has some rust on it, but you cannot see that when it is mounted on the car.

The other 2 are the ones currently on my car. They are not immediately available and if you are interested contact me and we can sort a timeframe.
The rear one has been resprayed black, however it was stood on it's end at some stage and the plastic bending has cracked the paint on one corner. I have not bothered to strip it and respray it and have lived with it. It is straight, and I think if you wanted to strip it and and rejuvenate it you could pull it up.

The front one I have is on the car and has been rejuvenated. It has a couple of marks where paint had splashed on it, and there is a slight warp and has taken a knock to the corner near the indicator and the plastic has split. All of this was done before I bought it and I have not taken the time to get it plastic welded.
Front plastic bumpers are hard to come by nowadays in any condition, this one is the best one I have found to date. No indicators or bodywork mounting clips supplied, easy and cheap to get off eBay and new clips will be less brittle than the 30YO ones around the joint used.

If you want a front and a rear combination (don't mind which combination you choose) you can have the 2 for $120, if you want all 3 I'll do them for $160. If your interested at all, get in touch.
