Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Stupid question, but does this exhaust fit the FSI MK5 GTI series? Or do the MK6 use a different downpipe?

      I just got a second hand APR 2.0T 3" Downpipe (Part# CD100013 FPIM-0475) with Catback Stealth model for a MK5 GTI.

      My Downpipe don't have the C bracket with the slotted hole. Just 2 hanging rods, whatever it call.

      I got a photo, but can't insert it.

                Curious, sounds like an awesome deal. However, does anyone know what the installation costs and the price of APR's Stage 2 ECU Upgrade?

                The APR RRP of $1500 includes everything, if I'm not mistaken?

                  Should be covered for free if you already have Stage 1 from APR. Some places charge for the labour time though, find a place that doesn't.
