As I've sold my car, I've got the following "bundle of kit" left over to suit a VW Golf MkV:
- Parrot CK3000 Bluetooth kit - works fine with iPhone
- Connects2 iPod kit - the iPod still functions, unlike the VW kit which locks it.
- Paser CANBUS kit - integrates both the above with the steering wheel controls.
All the above were purchased together from carkitcompany in Artarmon for just under $900.
I'm asking $380 for the lot
Pickup/delivery Sydney Metro or postage at cost
The gear was installed in my 2006 MkV TDI (RCD300) and then moved to my 2005 MkV GTI (RCD500) & worked perfectly in both cars. The original install & the move were both done by carkitcompany. I had an issue when I upgraded to an iPhone 4 - it turns out the "pairing list" was full & required a reset using the steering wheel controls (again, done by carkitcompany).
I had the iPod cable run through to the cup-holder, so it's a very nice stealth install
Reason for selling - I'm getting an MY08 R32 with RCD510/MDI/Bluetooth - so the above are surplus to requirements.
