NSW Oettinger Quad rear bumper and front carbon lip for sale - Sydney

Hi guys,

As stated in my other thread i'm beginning to get hassled by my insurance company a bit for my car being 'too modified'. So, my options are either to get it a bit closer to stock, or, pay the same to insure it for $15k less through Justcar.

As such, my planned mods of changing over to the oettinger quad exhaust and rear bumper are going to have to be cancelled. Due to this, i have a brand new (still in bubble wrap) oettinger quad rear bumper for sale. Also, i have an Oettinger front carbon lip for sale (http://www.redline-motorworks.com/v/...295%2000-2.jpg). Once again, in bubble wrap, unused.

Looking at $400 for the bumper, $100 for the lip.

Just bought an R32 rear recently otherwise I would have bought this.

just out of curiosities sake how much did that set you back? was always keen on that conversion but never knew pricing for it..

new plan is just to buy an r32 and be done with my insurance worries.

I mananged to get the whole kit for $350 but that was an absolute bargain that I found on ebay. I couldn't find any 2nd hand or from a wrecker so you either have to get brand new from the dealer or import from TM Tuning / ECS but the dealer price is pretty much the same as the import price once you add the HUGE freight cost.
From the dealer the most expensive part is the actual lower valance ( the main bumper section ) - this is about $840. Then you need the exhaust surround section that snaps into place - this is only about $70. You also need the tow hook cover ( $14 ) and 2 mounting brackets ( $13 each ). Finally you need the reflectors ( $15 each ). Gets pretty bloody expensive.
