Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    NSW Chrome exterior accessories - tiguan

    I wish to get rid of a few "bling bling" items, bought on impulse during my long wait on delivery.

    All have not been installed on my Tig, with adhesive backing tape untampered.

    Chrome Side Mirror Cover



    Chrome Tail Light Cover Trim



    Chrome Head Light Cover Trim - to suit non-xenons only



    Each item cost me $40 USD (not including shipping)!

    Happy to part with each item (still brand new) for $30 AUD or $80 AUD for the lot!

    Based on the price, YES you're also looking at automotive chrome (i.e. chrome plated plastic)[/COLOR]

    Based on your discussion about "backing tape" do these items just "stick" over the top of the current pieces?

      Yes ... these are just covers and go over the existing parts.

      AFAIK, the adhesive tape used is the 3M red type.

      So they're the best in terms of double sided tape.
