The following items are now up for sale as I am selling my car. Note all prices are based on pickup in Sydney; shipping will be at buyers expense.
Used set of MTM Bimoto wheels – Specs are 18x8 ET50 diamond cut. One wheel has had gutter rash which has been repaired, however the repair guy wasn’t able to colour match so on close inspection you can see the repair spots. Also a couple of the small stickers on the face have fallen off, these just said bimoto and can be obtained from MTM pretty easily if the new owner needs/wants them. To my knowledge they are the only set of 18” MTM wheels in Aus. Wheels cost me a little under $4K landed without tyres, fitted with Michelin PS3 tyres which have approx. 60-70% of tread left. Yours for $3300.
Akrapovic exhaust system, only one of its kind on a GTI in Australia (well it was the last time I checked). Exhaust is a full Catback system with titanium/Carbon Fibre tips. System has been on the car for around 1000kms and adds a much deeper base to the exhaust note with a small amount of drone. One of the best looking exhausts for a GTI around IMO. Cost to me new was around $2.6k, whole thing is yours for $1950 - SOLD PENDING PAYMENT
1 full set (front and rear) of Carbon Steele GruppeM break lines, brand new never fitted. After as close to purchase price on these as they’ve never been taken from their plastic - $290 SOLD PENDING PAYMENT
1 full set (front and rear) Adams slotted rotors. Still waiting for these to arrive from the states after a 2 month wait, due to land in Jan sometime. Rotors are the ‘race’ look ones with the double slots , black painted hubs and black zinc plating, one for one replacement for the OEM rotors on the GTI so no need for new calipers etc. Cost to purchase $670 landed to Sydney, yours for $600.
