I have a set of original Zolder rims with centre caps in excellent condition. Comes with tyres continental contact sports 2 but hardly any tread left.

if these were up a month or so ago would have snapped them up in a flash.. however ended up buying something else..

actually... perhaps the wife can be persuaded that 3 sets of rims is indeed essential...

The stud pattern is 5 x 112, Don't paint them black look at the original condition they are in, they look amazing just how they are ;/ ... professionally it costs around $150 a rim for them to do it..

im not sure about the size of the golf GT my08. Its the same family MKV golfs so i dont see any problems in fitment

According to calculations using the wheel offset calculator you shouldn't have any worries fitting these to the GT Sport. The difference would only be minimal. This calculation was made by using the OEM GT Sport rim size of 17 x 7 " with an ET 54 (Classix) and compared with the Zolders 18 x 7.5 " and ET 51 - here's the link to calculate the final result - Wheel Offset Calculator
Just type in the size of the existing wheel and its offset and then the same details for the wheel you are wanting to compare it with.
