Cleaning out my garage, I stumbled across a spare set of guides for Mk4's from the Groupbuy I ran last year.. Its a complete kit with the stainless steel clips and caliper grease.
They worked out about $100 with exch and shipping from US , happy to let them go for $80 + post obo
