I've got a set of OEM Mk4 R32 brake rotors incoming from the US that will be extraneous to my requirements.

Brand new, never used, happy to let them go for $450 (they'd cost you $500+ to land them here yourself). Pickup is in Sydney (near Parramatta).

Manaz, are these like all you need if you were fitting them to a non-R32 (say a bora), or would you need other stuff ?

You need carriers/calipers to suit, and along with those R32 spec brake lines (they're longer as the attachment point is further from the hub than on a non-R32).
