Hi all,
I've completed an engine swap on my 2007 R32 and now have the removed engine for sale for anyone that may be interested. The engine had about 80,000km on it and the engine code is BUB.
This engine had taken in water though the air intake. From what I can see it does have at least one bent valve. The engine did turn over previously but the previous owner had burnt out the starter motor trying to get it cleaned out with the plugs out. The pistons can't be turned over by hand now.
The parts are as follows:
- plastic air intake manifold (no throttle body or sensors) damaged (cracks, broken mounts and hose connections)
- Engine cylinder block (no ancillaries and some missing sensors)
- Engine head & rocker cover
- Old flywheel and clutch if anyone wants them too (changed all to new since the engine was out)
- 6 x ignition coils (all working)
- fuel rail and injectors
- pulley assembley (as pictured)
Perfectly suited for anyone that wants a project or for parts value only. All sold with no guarantee or warranty.
Asking $2000 for the whole lot, I'd rather sell it all together to make it easier rather than trying to selling off each individual part. Pickup only and is from Maroubra nsw.
