Howzit......Ok before you all go saying Dr Rudi is a complete tosser my wife has already pointed that fact out. You see I purchased these Farken beaut rotors and calipers to put on my Polo GTi. They don't fit. Not sure why I thought they would but anyway..... <Insert Dr Rudi is a complete tosser here> Now unless anyone can point me in the right direction to replace the hubs on the Pog then these are up for sale.

    $1000 delivered anywhere in Aust.

    Dr Rudi.

Howzit, yes Poyta they were Stephens - Yours for $980 (they only cost $18 for delivery from Sydney.) No shields but they did come with good pads already installed PLUS the Unused Hawk Ceramics. These are monster looking brakes too and in excellent condition. Tempted to buy a Golf GTi just so I can keep the brakes

Howzit Adonventer, Rotors dont fit 5x100 and the spacing for the 2x bolts to attach the caliper to the hub are approx 50mm further apart than the Polo's. I simply rushed into the sale assuming they would fit (because there is a post under the Polo DIY that has done it - I really should have checked first, maybe the others were much older??)

Probably because its not really that much of fantastic price considering its a 2nd hand set of calipers with 2nd hand plain rotors and you still need to buy the splash sheilds from VW. ECS tuning can supply you with a brand new set of calipers with new slotted and drilled disks, all the bits to install including the splash sheilds together with new Hawl Ceramic pads for about $1400 delivered to your door. THe plain rotors are even cheaper.

for 2nd hand R32 calipers that have travelled roughly 15K kms and to still have the OEM brakepads + full set of new hawk ceramics, all OEM gear (minus the dust shields....pple seem to take theirs off anyway when they do a BBK upgrade...personally dont see the point), all that for 1K is pretty reasonable if u ask me....considering the new ones cost 400.00 more. you may even need to pay customs. theyre worth more than the stupid lowball offer u gave me over pm. $400.00 for the lot if i recall correctly? thats a very low offer on something thats worth a lot more
