Guys, been up the farm wrecking a Diesel MK1 Golf (all parts available by the way) and have found my Turbo setup under covers on the shelves of Golf Stuff. This is a custom setup to run a Turbocharged KR 16V in a mk1 chassis. Comes with Custom manifold, KKK K03 Turbo and 3" Dump pipe as pictured. This was bolted to a standard KR running 10psi boost on stock internals with no dramas what so ever, could easily run and handle 14psi (You will need and aftermarket ECU). This makes a super quick and sleeper street car. Last power figure on this setup was 230hp @ the wheels with small injectors and mild tune. Will make more power with better fueling and tuning. Intercooler and intake plumbing not included (apparently my dad used them on his rodeo!!!!!)
Let me know how much your thinking so i can gauge the demand for this complete setup.
P.S. Everything is in good condition with this setup. I only pulled it off as i'm sure most of you know i turned my daily into a rally car and under CAMS Rules you can't run a mk1 on a turbo in rallies so had to remove this and the KR for a 1.8 SOHC motor
