Hard to come by as you can imagine.

The flap part measures 2.5 inches EXTERNALLY (69.3mm), so internally would be about 2.25" (allowing for pipe thickness).

I can't measure the internal diameter exactly because there is a small section of pipe attached to each end.

The flaps are actuated by vacuum so could be directly substituted for any factory setups by welding in these new pieces - plenty of pipe to play with.

You could jam them open if you don't already have any flappers on your stock exhaust.

Search you tube for a comparison between R32 Golf's both original and flapper mod done. The flapper keeps the exhaust butterfly shut until the vaccuum opens it, giving the full whack of power and noise.

No they are bigger diameter, so you can run a larger diameter bypass pipe.

The stock R32 flapper is only about 55mm external...say ~2" internal diameter
