I was 90% happy, would only go back to them again because they've always beaten any other prices. I've got two sets of lips and a set of bolts waiting to clear Customs in NZ now from them again. Will update in a few days with how they come out, hopefully 100% happy this time! I'll never do another group buy though. Ended up costing MORE for my bits and the hair I pulled out of my head over the weeks just wasn't worth it.

Might get the barrels and centers blasted and painted before I rebuild them.

I recently bought from felgenfuchs.de (Kirsten is the guy). Cheap quotes and I bought some lips with a mate and he was able to do a discount. Shipping on six lips ended up being 60 Euro to me. I asked a whole lot of others too, including Peter from RacingTeamHofmann - his lips were a few Euros more expensive but the shipping was 100 Euros, so ended up going with Kirsten. Peter asked me if I was still interested though and when I told him I was going with Kirsten, he started cursing and said Kirsten's lips were manufactured in China or whatever? Not sure if he was saying that in spite or whatnot... I've yet to receive the lips though, but metal is metal is metal...

Well I could order right now depending on price, but would rather wait a little really as I'm trying to save for some lets say "fancy suspension".

Both were advertised as stainless steel. Both felgenfuchs and RacingTeamHofmann had Radinox options but they were twice as expensive as the stainless steel ones.

So explain to me are cheap lips alloy and the more expensive ones ss?

from my knowledge stainless steel would be more expensive. They are more durable but more heavy i think.

Im interested in the lips aswell. currently my rims are 15x6.5 +25. Im looking at 15x7-7.5 with an offset of about +15. Should i be going for a 1.5" or 2" lip?

could have varying grades of SS/alloys., which I suspect the angry bloke was referring too perhaps.
