i don't know if this is the place to post this thread but....


I'm gonna get some more front engine mounts made up, they are a polyurethane mount, nice for both daily driving, and track! after an expression of interest, they are $40 plus shipping! let me know if ya want one made up!



Matt at Camden Gti has had a couple of these mounts running around in a Mk1 16v and a 74 passat, and both holding up and performing well.

Just added MK1 to the title.

I had poly mounts all round in my MK1 back in the day. You might need to lift the tickover up if you get a buzz in the dash board. The rest of the time they don't vibrate at all. If you have extractors fitted a poly gearbox mount is a fantastic idea to give them an easy time.

These mounts are good. Support Local enterprise and try one of these. Massive improvement over a stock or tired front mount.
