I have recently located a UK based VW wrecker specializing in older VW's.
Now, this is kind of a roll-over from my previous thread, where I was trying to locate these very hard to come by Drip Rails for my mates 85' MkII Golf GTI.

They can be seen here as part four in the picture:
So, after locating someone that can actually supply these strips in lightly used condition I am now passing this onto you, the Australian Dubber!
Basically, I can ship within Australia and have you a delivered strip for $140AUD 5door and $160AUD 3door. Or, if you need both sides 240/280.
Please remember the availability of these strips is not easy as they are a rare find for old golfs etc. (<Mk3), but that's what we are here for, so if your happy to wait in line, your chance will eventually come up.
Anyway, I am taking orders now, so please if your interested let me know (in this thread) your spec, Model, Year, Doors, Sides (Driver/Passenger).

UPDATE:
They are here, now some pics:
So the quality is pretty damn good the whole way through, they may be a little dusty and slightly scratched but apart from that all good. Here is the only real fault one 5dr strip has a slight scar where the paint has rubbed over the aluminum, a little touch of black paint would fix it in an instant though.
