Complete boot floor from a 2003 R32, complete Bora 4 motion rear driveline/subframe with axles, Haldex unit, center driveshaft, 02M 6 speed gearbox, front driveshafts, AWD fuel tank complete.
Parts are in New Zealand but can crate up for shipping across the ditch.
asking NZ$4500, pretty much everything you need to convert to AWD/4motion

I also have an brand new OEM (standard) controller I am willing to trade so its still complete AWD conversion parts.
