what is the diameter of those plastic cap ?

just enough to fit over the wheel centre hubs, the caps pop on and are held by the four wheel stud lips like so-

mk1 zender bodykit, goes on under the standard plastic bumpers. in very good condition with twin headlight hella setup. $200

Saas steering wheel $50 comes with boss kit (not in photo) plastic studs on the horn piece have broken off, but the studs and springs are there if you want to get the horn working.
