VW have special rails for the Passat Dom. None on ebay just now.

Had a couple of sets in the UK. Sold now though.

I bought Rola racks for our Audi Roofrails, same as what you have and theya re a slimline rack and llok great. Just check the front and rear of the car are the same width!
