  • MKIV Golf 15' steelies inc. 195/65 tires

Bought these as a spare set, now need to make more room as I've just gotten another set:

The wheels are a 5x100: 15x6 ET38 and clear 288 calipers (I have a set on my VR6) and the tires are around 40-50% tread and include a pair of monza's and a pair of Nangkangs.

They could do with a refurb ($50 in cans) or at the least a good sanding back around the edges. NOTE: These are completely straight, and you would struggle to find a set without the complimentary rust around the lips and between the centres and the barrels, unless of course you took the spare wheels out of 4 generations and make a set.

These are surprisingly hard to come by, and it took me about a month of searching to find a set, so save yourself the effort with these.

Asking $120, which is $30 a wheel a price difficult to come by even at the cheapest wreckers.

Wheels are located in Fairfield in SW Sydney and can be viewed at any time, I can post interstate, with a price of around $55-$70 to VIC, QLD, NSW, SA through www.smartsend.com.au.

a redrill would prolly be more difficult and cost as much as a 5 stud conversion on your mk3.

Unfortunately as JayJay has said its to much work, try to find some Toyota Yaris steelies, they need a centre bore widening from 56.2 - 57.1. I'll take a pic in the morning, but the ones on my car have been redone in gloss black vs. the OEM dull black look.

Probably close to to 200 mate, you can PM me with your postcode and I'll work something out for you. 50-70 is just going on a previous set of 15's and really should be the same.

I know for a fact they fit on my 97, you are more than welcome to to come by and we can try a wheel from my car on yours to see if they fit on 280's.
