  • FS: Enkei GTC01 wheels and tyres

    Rare Enkei GTC01 wheels 18x7.5, pcd:100x5, offset: 48

    Immaculate condition. absolutely no scratches or gutter marks. tyres are 225/40 ZR18 92W. 2 are at about 80% and the other 2 about 60%. wheels alone are worth over $700 each new. will sell for $1800ono. Pick up only. Used to be on my Polo GTI. Give me a call on 0403323736 if you want to personally inspect them. I live in the Werribee area, about 30min southwest of melbourne. PM for any offers. Ian.

          Yeah, the tyres scrub the inner guard when the wheels are at full lock. also the wheels just touch the brake calipers so i had to put 5mm spacers just to increase the offset a little bit.

            Okay thanks for that. i'll think about it. Need to ask the insurance company about the spacers as it seems there was a thread on it a while back about insurance problems. Cheers mate. Love the wheels.

              You'll likely find they won't cover you with them, as they're not road-legal - see http://www.vicroads.vic.gov.au/NR/rd...340/0/VSI8.pdf, point 8, which states: "Spacers between the wheel and hub are not permitted unless provided by the vehicle manufacturer as original equipment" - much the same wording as the NSW RTA uses, and I suspect most state/territory road authorities are the same.
