Front and Rear set , will suit most MQB cars like Golf 7 ,Passat b8, Tiguan 2 Etc... if you want to lower your car give dynamic progressive sporty handing , this R Coil Springs will lower car around 30mm from standard VW factory coils.

From my experience all MQB parts are compatible more or less even sometime is not noted by VW as compatible .However is better always to confirm and check if someone using Golf R sprins on your car mdel on forums, USA forums usaly preffer at most Golf R coil springs when upgrading different MQB car models.
Lowering from my testing over Factory standard normal Golf7 or Tiguan 2 it will lower around 30mm , same as Eibach Pro springs lowering coil kit 30mm sold for Golf and Tiguan
In my opnion Factory R spings as this one are even better than Eibach Pro if you prefer more firm ride and Stability . Eibach Pro is more soft and more bottoming and feel more unstable .Factory VW Coil generally is just designed more for stability and safe side in my testing case and I can definitely say better material quality use/ made than most of this 3rd Coil makers .
