Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    VIC SWAP: 19" Shadow Chrome Omanyts (VIC only)

    I have my Jetta up for sale and am considering parting out the wheels separately. If someone has a clean set of wheels with road worthy rubber that they are happy to swap plus cash i'd be happy to go ahead. Must be in Melbourne as i dont want to get into postage etc.

    My wheels are in pretty good condition, bar one rash on the front left. The wheels were custom painted by another member on the forum previously. Front tyres are Conti ContactSport 5P and have < 3000kms on them as replaced a set due to puncture. The rears still have tread them but havent inspected to know what percentage.




    What sounds reasonable swap plus $800? Make me an offer. Need them (and the car gone asap)
