Hi there,
I know its not a job opportunity thread but I thought it would be fitting posting this here.
I was thinking of getting a warehouse in Hume. Its 119 square meters and it has three phase, a kitchen and bathroom.
But it is a bit expensive going solo so here is the pitch to those who might be interested:
If we can get around 5 or 6 guys in on this sharing the space and working together on our projects it will work out fairly cheap.
We will pay weekly rent and then electricity ontop of that, everything else is included in the rent.
To give rough estimates if we are 6 guys doing this we will each pay around $70 a week. $58 will go towards rent and the rest will cover electricity.
I have a three phase compressor which can use but need to get it installed. And then pretty much all your own tools and you will have sufficient space to work in. We have 24/7 access to the building. Spoke to the guy this morning about doing this and he is more than happy to have a group of guys using the space for their projects.
Please PM me if you might be interested.
It will be ideal if you are in the ACT or close by NSW area.
