Hi All,
Im posting this to see if anyone is interested in my mk3 Vr6 Turbo. I have been slowly building this for the past 3 years but now my circumstances have changed and might need to let her go.
The car is a 1996 white mk3 vr6 two door.
There is approx over $30k spent on it to date.
Whats done (brief):
The motor has had the top and bottom end rebuilt - ported, polished and sleeved
New pistons, conrods and gaskets
Rebuilt gearbox with peloquin LSD
Haltech ps2000 ECU
Schimmel Performance intake manifold
Front mount intercooler - A/C delete
Genuine BBS RS wheels 16 x 7
KW V2 coilovers
Drilled and slotted brakes
Full leather interior - and recaro fixed back bucket seat if someone is interested.
Huge Sound system - DVD player, 2 x 12inch subs in boot and new boston speakers throughout
Other parts:
Water/meth injection
short shifter
VW 2800 number plates
Too much to list on whats been done. Pm for more details
What needs to be done:
Injectors
Waste gate
E boost
Fuel Regulator
Pipe work to turbo and dump pipe
braided lines in engine bay
BOV
Tune
Let my loss be your gain - motor and gearbox have cost me well over $15k to get to where they are now! This car will make big power once finished. All work was completed by Johnny at JC Racing.
Im not interested in parting it out. The lot or nothing. This might mean that a few mk3 enthusiasts band together to buy it then take the parts they want.
Not too fussed if it doesnt sell, however i would rather see it finished or put to good use as i have no time to complete.
