NSW FS: Skoda Octavia RS MY10

Selling my wife's RS as we need to upgrade to a 7 seater. The car is in an excellent condition. Never been in an accident beside a repair from shopping trolley hitting the car. The car is fitted with factory options such as xenon headlights, multimedia connection, sat nav and video in motion (yet to be installed). This unit is a plug in unit which allows you to watch DVDs while driving. The car has been serviced by Dealer and VW specialist for all the scheduled servicing. The seat looks a bit dirty but that's the seat cover that has been there since new so the seat is still in an excellent condition. Only travelled 42400km which is super low for a 2010 model. It has been driven mostly by my wife so it's never been thrashed or hit the red liner. I'm located in St Johns Park Western Sydney 2176. Looking to sell for $25000. It's low kms, but you are looking at 5k too much. If you can't afford to sell at around 20k you might want to rethink selling it. Although I'm guessing you are about to have 3 kids, it is possible to fit three seats across in an Octavia and cheaper to buy new seats. We have a 7 seater Santa Fe and the RS is still our preferred car.

It's FSI 147 KW motor. $20K is way too low I would say. I've been going by the market and the $20K ones are hatch, no options and are 60Km and over. For $20K we would rather keep the car. However I am a bit flexible with the price though.
