Not a cent to spend on this immaculately maintained GTI with 'nearly' all the factory options.
MY06 Black GTI with DSG, rare factory Bi-xenon lights, beige leather interior, sunroof, Sat-Nav, bluetooth and rear parking sensors.
This GTI has been fastidiously maintained with a detailed service history. Oil/filter changes every 7500Km with full synthetic oil and scheduled/logbook services every 15000Km. There has been no expense spared to maintain this car with 4 (yes 4!) DSG services as I elected to have them done every 30K instead of 60K, timing belt/water pump service (>$1200) done at 105K and all the usual filters/fluids etc changed per VW schedule.
This vehicle has had an exceptionally easy life on it's drivetrain due to the location of the owner. Most driving is a 50Km return trip to work on a highway with very few traffic lights - i.e. minimal stop-start driving. There is minimal wear on tyres, brakes, gearbox and suspension - i.e. you will not have to replace any of them anytime soon.
Wheels are OEM Audi TT forged 17 inch alloys with Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 rubber all round (over 75% tread remaining) - these are stronger, lighter and more appealing than the boring 'telephone dial' alloys on nearly every other GTI.
Interior is fastidiously maintained with regular leather care products. The VW RNS-510 DVD/CD sat-nav was fitted aftermarket and has an upgraded 64Gb SSD HDD (faster performance and runs cooler) along with MDI for iPod/USB HDD music sources in the glovebox and SD card which can be controlled from the head unit.
Basically this vehicle has been well looked after by a mature owner. The car has been conservatively flash tuned since day 1 for better performance and fuel economy with a dynoed 165KW at the wheels. It has a APR downpipe and HPFP to suit the tune and runs buttery smooth. OEM catback exhaust means it runs very quietly and draws no attention around the streets despite it's performance potential. It has NEVER required an oil top-up due to the optimal running conditions (no stop-start driving or frequent short trips).

This vehicle should provide many more years of pleasurable driving for the next owner and I will miss it greatly. It is only being sold due to a recent house move much closer to work - meaning it is not needed it anymore.
