Hi all,
Due to moving overseas I have for sale a 2005 MK5 Golf Trendline: It’s a 1.6 petrol, 5 speed manual, colour coastal blue metallic, travelled 163,400km. Condition is extremely good – paintwork is all original (no accidents) and inside is clean and fresh – no smoking or pets, so this car would suit a fussy buyer. NSW registration and CTP (with NRMA) to 12th April 2015, so over 11 months registration. Tyres have around 60 – 70% tread remaining both front and rear, plus I have two extra wheels with good tyres included in the sale. Stereo has been upgraded to a RCD500 unit from a Passat highline, this gives a much better sound plus 6 stack CD and MP3 capability (original RCD300 unit also included). Recently serviced at 161251km. Runs really well, and everything works as it should. VCDS scan doesn’t reveal any electrical issues.
As flight tickets are booked for 16th May and the house lease has just been signed to start also on the same day this is now an urgent sale hence the asking price is only $6500, which would make it probably the cheapest mk5 Golf currently for sale in Australia, and $1500 - $3000 less than generally being asked for cars of the same model/year/km/condition!

Owner has a long history with VW/Audi cars, my first Golf was a mk1 35 years ago, this is my 7th Golf, I've also had a Passat and 3 Audi's. Would like this one to go a good home!
