Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    VIC WTB: Tidy Mk3 Golf

    As per title.

    Have sold the mk3 back home in NZ and am now on the hunt for a tidy, low km manual in VIC.

    Don't have to much to spend on one (stupid conversion rate), but if anyone knows of anything let me know.
    May consider a tidy mk2 also.

    Was an awesome mk3 that black one! Good luck on the hunt. Very keen to see what you do with it.

      Plenty of clean Mk3's around both CL 1.8 and GL 2.0 Have seen a few go for as little as $1200 that would need not much work for road worthy.
      Keep an eye on Gumtree, ebay and trading post.
