So it is time to sell my beautiful boy. We have had a good run but it has sadly come to an end. this rare 1995 Mk3 Colour Concept Golf was my first car and my pride and joy. The Good:
Air con works, icy cold - new tx valve, dryer
all the electric windows wind up and down
motors runs smooth (Dad's a mechanic and was serviced every 5,000 Km's)
will come with 4 brand new oil filters
child seat bar in the rear
all new coolant G12++ and flush
recently new aluminium crack pipe, thermostat and housing, fan switches, and overflow bottle and cap
New starter motor
4 new tyres less than 3,000Km's old
new extra large battery only 2 months old
The Bad:
Driver's seat and rear passenger seats need reupholstering
steering wheel surround is broken
sterring wheel needs reupholstering
front passenger coil over needs replacing
front wheel bearings need replaing
will need new stereo as i took the other one out
has a disconnected heater core, didn't need it up here anyway
i am looking for around $3500 happy to negotiate for a quick sale. happy to transport if buyer organises and pays for it. the car is still registered so can be test driven.
