Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

  • NSW Skoda Octavia RS Wagon (DSG/Petrol) MY10

    Hi,
I'm selling my red RS Wagon, we are moving up to a (much) larger vehicle, and the little red wagon is moving on.

It is closing in on 80,000 Kms, I've never had a nicer, more enjoyable car to drive.

We have just has the engine replaced by Skoda, after a faulty tensioner caused the timing chain to skip and destroy the engine.
The new engine has 2 years warranty on parts and labour.
Also I've had 2 new tyres fitted up front, as the old ones were getting low.

I need to point out that the seat covers are OEM, bought from SuperSkoda, and fit perfectly. Under the black cloth is the original grey suede/black mesh seats.

Asking $21,000, PM or call on 0405127655

    Cheers
    Garry
