NSW WTB: Skoda Octavia RS Wagon

I've already got a thread going in the Skoda section but thought I should add one here too.

I'm after an Octavia RS Wagon in Manual. My budget is around $16,000 give or take a bit which probably means I am looking at the pre-facelift 2008 model. Will consider newer if the price is right.

If anyone is looking to upgrade or trade theirs in for something else let me know. I'm located in Sydney but will travel for the right car. Already have a few leads but just putting it out there to see if anything crops up. I have access to another car for the next month so in no great rush.

Sorry my car doesn't quite fit your budget, but it might fit someone else! so I'll put it here:

2009 facelifted RS blue wagon TSI DSG
sunroof,
winter mats and tub,
spoiler (new in box),
MDI cable
32,000kms !!!
new set of tires AND 3 year service just done.
The normal dark grey interior
Roof cross bars

It is mechanically A1 and never gave us a problem
serviced at VW world kensington sydney every year, beyond the odd carpark ding never had an accident.

it was used for family duty so the current paintwork condition is scratched, wheels are curbed, HOWEVER this is all cosmetic AND I'm going to pay to restore it to good condition to match the low kms.
If someone takes it from me as-is, without me spending that money, I'll take off $1000

Since nothing inside is stained or busted it'll look and work great when it is cleaned up.
An honest car, an honest price: $19,000 after I get it fixed up. Check carsales - private sales want $22k up.

Just for reference, the dealers were prepared to give me ~16k on a trade-in, so a private price of $19k is about right especially in view of the low mileage.
