Gents,
I have just received a contract to work overseas at the start of next year so unfortuantely I will be selling the A3.
It currently has 194km on the motor and runs great, A/C is extremely cold.
Currrent features are:
-AUM motor 1.8L Turbo - great performance and very economical (i get about 600km + to a tank) approx 50L capacity
-2003 facelift model so it has a few extras the previous versions dont (1 piece headlights, higher tuned motor, KO3S turbo, centre console, cup holder etc, Bose speaker system and factory subwoofer)
-Sunroof
-18" Brand new Audi replica wheels with brand new semi slick tyres 225/45/R18
-Full leather interior
-Tow bar recently installed with wiring kit (it is removable)
-Full legal tints all round
-Sports suspension imported directly from Germany (strutrs & springs)
-Brand new nolthane steering rack mount
-Brand new nolathane back engine mount
-New steering rack ends
-New steering rack & boots
-Rebuilt driveshafts
-New front wish bones and mounts
-Second hand GTI 5spd gearbox recently install with less than 100km from audi wrecker (have all receipts)
-Brand new heavy duty clutch kit & lightened fly wheel (installed when new gearbox went in) 14lb spring kit
-New suspension strut top mounts & bearings (replaced both front and rear)
-New brembo rear brake pads
-Pioneer handsfree stereo with microphone for bluetooth and handsfree calling, also has USB port hidden in the glove box
-Autogauge illuminated boost gauge - pillar mounted (reads in PSI)
-Serviced every 5000km, air/fuel filters also recently replaced.
-Silicon boost hoses
-Near new non-servicing battery
-Genuine Audi floor mats (recently replaced)
-new arm rest centre console unit purchased from Germany 21.12.12
- replace cup holder - new unit purchased from wrecker 26.12.12
I have the reciepts for pretty much everything which i am happy to provide. I have spent over $2500 on the gearbox/clutch replacement in the last 3 months.
Can sell cheaper without the alloy wheels and engine upgrade kit as i will sell these items separately
The car drives extremely well and handles equally as good.
Will include a safety cert and remaining rego which is a due march 2013
Bad points:
-Some marking on heater panel, headlight switches (common problem)
-Some wear on the passenger side leather seat
