ACT 2009 CC Passat 125TDI - Autumn Brown

Due to change in family circumstances (another child on the way), my CC will need to go to accommodate a larger family so a Toureg is on the way. I've got a 7 month lead time, so keen to move soonish.

Details of my CC are as follows:

-12/2008 build, Complied March 2009
-125kw TDI with 82,000k's full VW service history (VW in Sydney and then Gerald Slaven here in Canberra).
-Was optioned with the following:
ACC, DCC, Park assist, RVC, park sensors all round, climate control seats (nappa leather) with full memory functions, RNS510 with MDI and all the usual CC stuff
-Comes with full 4 year extra warranty with unlimited k's (Swann - provided through my lease co, but it is transferable) based on the VW warranty, plus also has small claims warranty.
- 1 set of factory VW 18's with decent Bridgestone rubber and 1 set 19" GTC's with as new sumitomos

Happy to have a RWC certificate done for either ACT or NSW (blue slip).

not a scratch anywhere on the car and meticulously cleaned and cared for.

Very reluctant sale, but a 4yr old and an infant in the 2 rear seats will be a tight fit.

Sorry for the off topic but sound you've interested in selling the OEM wheels? I'm assuming they are the ones with the twisted spokes? Don't know the name

$38,990 drive away with both sets of wheels, NSW Blue slip / ACT RWC and brakes done (don't need it but for piece of mind).
also has transferable warranty till 2016 and also has small damage warranty too.
Tyres are very good on the 19's and very good on the 18's.

Placing an order on a new Toureg within the week. I've got a 7mth lead time, so will be negotiable to sell within this time.

Worst case it will be traded to the dealer.

Best case if you buy it, you get balance extended warranty until 2017, the car will be fully VW serviced up until then including any major services. Also comes with small damage warranty (nicks or scratches etc) that get fixed for a niminal $50 fee.

ACT buyers will get more ACT Rego, NSW will get a blueslip for piece of mind.

Both sets of wheels plus a buyer gets a full tank of fuel on sale / pickup
