Are the KM's too high??

190k in an 8 yr old car is not really that high but if you're buying it to keep for a while as an appreciating asset km's are to high in my opinion.

I think there too high of km's.

Definitely way to expensive for the km's. At that point chains are surely around the corner.

Yeah for that kind of kms I'd be looking at sub 20k. I'd pay good money for under 100 though.
