Blood, sweat and tears (literally) went in to this build. I have an opportunity do a few things in my life right now that I really don't want to pass up, so it is with GREAT regret that I have to sell my car.
Car is 1998. Has rego till late December.
A4 B5 Quattro. 17X XXX on car. Full log books and original purchase papers and receipts etc.
Silver
Has dark grey sport seats .
Rear seats are near perfect condition, front drivers has typical bolster wear. Passengers is still great.
Over all interior is excellent.
Has Bilstein shocks with Eibach Springs.
BBS wheels (17x8 all round)
Can throw in another set of BBS RX201 (17''x8'') also, if the price is right.
Has Podi steering column mount and Podi Boost gauge (matches dash perfectly at night!)
Engine was rebuilt at the end of last year with 500hp in mind.. Full specs are :
058 block , AJL/AEB head
Block was stripped and cleaned. All oil/coolant galleries were unblocked ( ball bearings punched out) and cleaned.
Head was stripped and hot tanked, cleaned and all that jazz.
JE pistons 82.5mm bore, stock stroke
Scat rods (058 drop in)
Crank was ground (10thou) and used oversized bearings (10thou over)
New main bearings
New rod bearings
ARP main stud kit
OEM headbolts (good for 500whp)
New front and rear main seal
Head was built with the following and can rev to 8500rpm :
Supertech intake and exhaust valves (mike hood runs these at 800chp)
Titanium valve springs
Titanium retainers
All new lifters (OEM)
All new valve guides
New valve stem seals
New gaskets through out (cam gear, cct , cam shaft position sensor etc)
New cams
The motor currently has just 3000KM on it and it purrs like a kitten. Only run Valvoline 5W40 (VW502.00 grade) since rebuild.
Clutch is a custom built setup by NPC at Archerfield. Was built for a GT2871R and is a 8 pad sprung centre button clutch.
I have FAR to many extras to list that will go with the new owner (spare parts, performance parts etc).
