VIC 1990 Karmann Cabrio for sale

Hey guys, i have a 1990 Vw cabriolet for sale, the pictures i have explain almost everything about the car, but ill let you know its got barely any rust apart from the bonnet where the paint came off from a ding it had (previous owner). 5 speed manual drives really well, has a little leak in the roof, roof is electric but dunno why i never tried making it work, never mind the sticker bombing ill get rid of all that! Inerior is fairly good, seats and carpet could be refurnished or whatever if your really gonna look after it, sometimes has central locking sometimes doesn't.. haha ill leave that to you, and thats about it, a few minor things but if you have the time it could easily look like new no books sorry wish i had them! but i am the second owner and iv'e had it for 2 years now

I only managed $4,500 for mine....Immaculate in every way with a brand new electric roof....not a scratch anywhere........

Yeh mines real good condition, but i need the money so I'm selling it for quite bait less than i would :/

Thats open to opinion.

It needs a new roof and at least a new bonnet.

The bonnet needs painting and fitting as well as the bumper needing repairing.

The roof will need fitting.

This work alone is about $1000-$1500.

The central locking needs fixing,Trim missing on side of door.

Like I said its only my opinion but its not in real good condition, sorry to disappoint you.

yeh i guess at the mo its got a few things needing work, but the roof can be fixed, i know people who fix them, and bonnet can be fixed easily... so its way under 1000 in repairs. But what do i know

car might be sold anywho..

so we'll see

I'd have to share Rob's opinion here.... I bought a new hood from the UK for close to $450, fitting it cost close to $700 here in Qld and the bonnet, paint and bumper plus all the rest would add up.

I appreciate your optimism but i'd be suprised if anyone was willing to part with more than around $2k for a car that is not even close to good condition.

Hope I'm wrong and someone coughs up a good price for you.
