FOR SALE:1977 Mk1 swallow tail.
the car has been great for the time ive owned it.
she started brown with rust and dents and all that fun stuff but i stripped it back, repaired all the rust and dents to neaten it all up (have pics of all the repairs as the went along)
was then resprayed in white with green pearl.
it has done 209xxxkms i think and the engine is still amazing.
automatic box that is perfect apart from it taking its time to select reverse when its cold (never bothered me)
interior is the best ive seen in one of these, no cracked dash or cut door cards.
The parcel shelf was falling apart so i made a new one with the original carpet annd put new clarion speakers in it (sound sweet)
it has chopped spings at the moment that are very bouncy but you kinda get used to them...kinda.
comes with brand new coilovers ready to go in if you like.
has a rusted bonnet that looks dope (nice uniform orange rust, acually looks nice but haters gonna hate)
yellow headlight covers, looks retro
comes with ghetto roof rack and barrel.
and assorted fatlace, illest, VW performance ect ect stickers. if you dont like them they will peal off fine.
the car just ran out of rego like a week ago, wont need much at all for roady, tyres are perfect, might need to wind the coilovers up and pop them in.
its a great car gets looks everyday, kinda annoying, cant even pick my nose anymore without people looking
runs great and is rust free. only selling as one of my old cars is back up for sale and i miss it and wish i never sold it.
