So the highlights.
Car for sale is a Rising Blue - DSG Golf R - 5 door. 25,000 soon to be 26,000 kms.
Car is a MY10.5 (made late 2010), first registered in Australia 2011.
Options included on the car as follows :
SatNav
ACC - Adaptive Chassis Control
Leather seats
IPod set-up
Bluetooth hands free
Reversing Camera
Not a VW Option, but do have custom Lakin Plate holders for Full size european plates.
Car is on the 18inch rims not the optional 19"s.
This car has always been garaged, wheels rotated every 10,000kms, and generally well looked after (just like every single car that is ever put up for sale

Changes in circumstances means I'll reluctantly sell the car if I can pay-out the bank what is owing on it.
Looking for approx $46,000 to $47,000 for the car (very limited negotiable amount in there).
